Andrew Little

Andrew “Andy” R. Little is a Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners. He is also a principal with John B. Levy & Company, Inc., where he specializes in structuring, marketing and placing real estate debt and equity for clients with institutional investors. Mr. Little leverages years of experience in the commercial real estate and mortgage industries, and shares his insight in a monthly column for the Richmond Times-Dispatch. He also produces the John B. Levy & Company National Mortgage Survey of Mortgage Conduits, a monthly research and commentary instrument that tracks conduit activity and spreads.
Mr. Little is currently a member of the Entrepreneurial Investment and Development forum, a former chairman of the Investment Management Forum at the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and Chairman of the Board of Richmond Friends of the Homeless charity. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Little earned a BS in accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in 1987. He is a FINRA-registered representative with Pickwick Capital Partners. |
