Michael Millard

Mr. Millard works on engaging sellers of mortgage and consumer assets and marketing the assets to investors (banks, insurance companies, credit funds; REITs). He also works on a variety of engagements raising money for participants in the mortgage, real estate industries. Current assignments include raising money for a money manager who manages a private REIT. Mr. Millard will be working on raising debt and equity for a Multifamily property sponsor.
