Norman LeBlanc

Norman LeBlanc is a Registered Representative with Pickwick Capital Partners and Chief Operating Officer of Miner Partners, LLC. Norman has over forty-years of experience in the investment banking, asset management and alternative funds industries with a focus on building new businesses and re-engineering underperforming businesses. 

Prior to joining Miner Partners, Norman was the Director of Data Management for NEPC, LLC, the largest independent employee-owned investment consulting firm in the U.S. Norman was a Co-Founder of Delegate Advisors, LLC a multi-family office. Before launching Delegate, Norman was the Chief Operating Officer of C Change Investments, a start-up Private Equity firm focused on transformative energy and materials and Aurelius Capital Management, a distressed debt hedge fund. Prior to Aurelius Capital, Norman had 24 years of financial services experience, primarily in senior management roles including five years with Zurich Scudder Investments and with Deutsche Asset Management.
