Adrian Collins is a Managing Director with Pickwick Capital Partners and with Balnageith Advisers based in London. With over three decades of deal-making experience in US and international public and private capital markets, Mr. Collins provides clients with corporate advisory services and financing solutions. His specialties include corporate finance, debt advisory, equity advisory, liability management and private capital market solutions.
Mr. Collins’ career has spanned from his native Australia to London, New York and Hong Kong where he built his expertise through a range of roles across leading financial institutions, including: Bankers Trust Australia/NY, Credit Suisse First Boston, RBS/NatWest, Panmure Gordon, and Davy. He is broadly industry agnostic but has specific experience in Industrials, Services, Building Materials, TMT/FinTech, Infrastructure, and Renewables/Energy Transition. Mr. Collins earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW, Australia, an Applied Finance Graduate Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia/FINSIA, and an MSc in Leadership & Strategy from London Business School. He subsequently completed LBS’s Sustainability Leadership and Corporate Responsibility program. In the UK Mr. Collins is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment. In the US, Mr. Collins holds Series 7, 79 and 24 licenses. In addition, he and Balnageith Advisers are authorized and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority. |
