Brad McGowan

Mr. McGowan has over 30 years of business development, investment banking, and capital markets experience. He is a Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners and Head of Private Equity Coverage at SolomonEdwards. Previously, Mr. McGowan was a founding partner of Spectrum Capital Advisors, LLC, an M&A Defense, Aerospace, Security & Intelligence firm. Earlier in his career, he was head of business development for the boutique investment bank Legend Merchant Group specializing in Security, Defense and Healthcare. He also served as a Managing Director at Jefferies & Co. and was an institutional equity sales professional at Lehman Brothers working closely with the A&D & Healthcare teams. Mr. McGowan has been a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) for over 10 years and serves on the Board of Directors.
Mr. McGowan earned a BS in finance from Lehigh University, an Executive MBA in finance from the New York University – Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and completed the Executive Education program in Leadership at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a FINRA-registered representative with Pickwick Capital Partners. |
