Levy & Company, a boutique real estate investment banking firm based in Richmond, VA. With over 20 years of experience across real estate, startups and consulting, Mr. Levy specializes in developing investment strategies focused on value-add assets.
Mr. Levy’s career combines entrepreneurial leadership with institutional deal execution. Prior to his current role, he was the co‑founder of Urban Escapes, a travel startup he successfully exited through an acquisition by LivingSocial. He also held senior roles at LivingSocial and Snagajob. His real estate expertise includes structuring transactions for workforce housing, fractured condos, and other middle‑market assets. Mr. Levy earned a BA in History from Harvard University and a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) from American University. |
