Managing Director

Dan Kim is a Managing Director with Pickwick Capital Partners with 18 years of M&A banking experience spanning a broad range of transaction types. Mr. Kim advises clients ranging from publicly traded companies to founders and CEOs on majority sales, divestitures, acquisitions, mergers, minority investments, and takeover defenses. He leverages deep and diverse experience to deliver customized transaction solutions that align with each client’s unique corporate and personal objectives.

Previously, Mr. Kim served at a middle-market boutique investment bank focusing on M&A advisory within the Technology and Tech-Enabled Services sectors. His earlier experience includes Investment Banking and Alternative Asset Management, roles at HSBC Global Banking, AllianceBernstein, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Kim earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Babson College.
