Douglas “Doug” P. Harmon is a Managing Director with Pickwick Capital Partners. He has over 29 years of banking capital markets and commercial real estate transaction experience financing numerous secured, unsecured, senior, mezzanine and equity transactions for borrowers, REITs, REOCs, Funds. Doug has experience raising capital for commercial real estate funds and alternatives. Mr. Harmon specializes in advising borrowers and funds on most appropriate and cost-effective capital sources.
Previously, Mr. Harmon was the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for the Arden Credit Funds. Prior to Arden, he served in senior leadership roles with RBS Securities, Inc., KeyBanc Capital Markets, Merrill Lynch International and Greenwich Capital Markets raising capital for clients. Mr. Harmon earned a BA in Geology from Colgate University and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Finance / Real Estate. |
