Yu was a Managing Director of Nomura Securities Hong Kong, heading the firm’s private finance origination in China. Earlier in her career, she was a high-yield bond trader at UBS Securities Hong Kong and later the Head of Fixed Income of UBS Securities (Beijing) Co., Ltd.Mrs. Yu earned a Bachelor's in Law from Peking University Law School and an LLM and JSD from Yale Law School.
