Leonard LaPorta is a Managing Director with Pickwick Capital Partners. He has over thirty years of experience in Diversified Industrials and Manufacturing sectors.Prior to joining Pickwick, Mr. LaPorta’s focus included cross-border M&A transactions in the manufacturing and industrial sectors for investment banks with the most recent beingWiley Brothers-Aintree Capital LLC of Nashville. He earned M&A Advisor and Atlas Award recognition as the 2014 Cross-Border Deal of the Year winner in the category of Corporate/Strategic Acquisition between $50 to $100 million.Previously, Mr.

LaPorta was an owner-operator of a precision contract manufacturing firm focused on highly engineered components for the medical device and aerospace sectors. He sold the company in 2006. He also served six years as a Surface Warfare Officer in U.S. Navy.Mr.

LaPorta earned a BS in Physical Science from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from Boston College. Heis a FINRA-registered representative with Pickwick Capital Partners.
