Alexander (“Sandy”) Ayer is a Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners and has over 20 years of experience in investment banking with a broad base of public and private experience in M&A, Restructuring and Capital Markets advisory. He is a General Industrials investment banker with deep expertise in Transportation and Logistics. Previously, Mr.

Ayer led Bank of Montreal’s Capital Markets Transportation and Logistics and Diversified Industrials M&A efforts and served as a senior member of JP Morgan’s Global M&A Group, serving the Diversified Industrials sector with a specific focus on Transportation and Logistics. Mr.

Ayer also served as one of two senior partners overseeing Bear Stearns’ Transportation, Logistics and Automotive Group.Mr. Ayer earned a BS in Business Management from Springfield College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.He is aFINRA-registered representativewith Pickwick Capital Partners.
