Walter R. Keay

Mr. Keay has over 40 years in investment banking experience with expertise in Life Sciences, Biotechnology and Consumer Products. His funding experience includes IPOs, private placements as well as M&A.

Previously, Mr. Keay funded and co-founded three technology companies, one of which merged with a Fortune 100 company and two became public. Earlier in his career, he was General Partner and Head of Institutional Research at a NYSE Member firm, Director of Corporate Finance for the U.S.

operations of the largest stockjobber on the London Stock Exchange floor, and founded and operated a FINRA-registered investment banking firm.Mr. Keay earned a BA in economics from Brown University and pursued graduate studies in Investment Banking at New York University.He is a FINRA-registered representative with Pickwick Capital Partners.
