Jeffrey Volshteyn is a Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners and Partner of Erda Capital Management. Mr. Volshteyn brings over fifteen years of experience as an equity research analyst and investment banker in the education/training, business & information services, and industrial services sectors. He has advised companies on growth strategies, capital raises and M&A.
Prior to joining Erda Capital Management, Mr. Volshteyn was a Senior Equity Analyst at JP Morgan and Bear Stearns covering a group of consumer and industrial services companies. While at JP Morgan, he was a member of the #1 Institutional Investor-ranked All-America Research Team in 2008-2014 and the recipient of JP Morgan's Best Stock Pick award in 2013. Mr. Volshteyn has authored hundreds of publications and had been referenced in national media such as Barron’s, CNBC, and Bloomberg, as well as industry publications. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Previously, Mr. Volshteyn was an investment professional at a boutique investment firm where he also had operating responsibilities, including a CFO role at a NYC-based college. He also worked as a technology investment banker at Merrill Lynch, a consultant at Accenture, and has been a board member of ed-tech startups. Mr. Volshteyn earned a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a FINRA-registered representative at Pickwick Capital Partners. |
