Joshua Myers, CFA, is a Managing Director with Pickwick Capital Partners. He also serves as CEO of Cereus Real Estate Capital and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Cedars Hill Group. With over twenty years of experience, Mr. Myers has managed large portfolios for family offices and institutional investors. He provides strategic advisory services, equity and debt capital solutions, and M&A transaction advisory, specializing in innovative debt capital solutions for real estate and specialty finance companies.
Previously, Mr. Myers was Head of Fixed Income at Penn Mutual Life Insurance, Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald, and Chief Investment Officer of a large multifamily office. Mr. Myers earned his BS in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University and is a CFA® charterholder. He is a FINRA-registered representative with Pickwick Capital Partners. |
