Leonard LaPorta is Named Head Of Diversified Industrials/Manufacturing for Pickwick Capital Partners
(White Plains, NY, July 26, 2019) – Pickwick Capital Partners, LLC (Pickwick) is pleased to announce that Mr. Leonard LaPorta has been named Head of Diversified Industrials/Manufacturing reporting directly to the Founder. Mr. LaPorta will be responsible for the growth of Pickwick’s core advisory business in the manufacturing and industrials sector. Pickwick strives to provide strategic, tailored advice to help meet the M&A and financing needs of lower-middle market companies.
Mr. LaPorta joined Pickwick in November 2018 as a Managing Director. Prior to joining Pickwick, he completed various cross-border M&A mandates in the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Most notably, Len spent the majority of his banking career at Headwaters MB. In 2014, his lead banker work for the Lapmaster acquisition of Peter Wolters GmbH was recognized both by M&A Advisor and Atlas Awards as the 2014 Cross-Border Deal of the Year winner in the category of Corporate/Strategic Acquisition between $50 to $100 million.
Previously, Mr. LaPorta was an owner-operator of a precision contract manufacturing firm focused on highly engineered components for the medical device and aerospace sectors; he sold his company in 2006. Mr. LaPorta is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and earned an MBA from Boston College.
