Marc Deschenaux is a Registered Representative with Pickwick Capital Partners with over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets. He is also a Managing Partner and CLO of Market Street Capital, Inc. and a Partner at Market Street IP, where he leads IP and carbon‑credit securitization initiatives.
Mr. Deschenaux is a recognized expert in corporate and governmental financings, with deep specialization in private equity, IPOs, and SPACs. Over his career, he has participated in nearly 200 IPOs and an equivalent number of private equity transactions across diverse sectors. He is the inventor of Intellectual Property Direct Securitization. Previously, Mr. Deschenaux founded and served as Managing Partner of Deschenaux Barber & Partners LLP and its predecessor, Deschenaux & Partners. He is also the founder of IPO Conference Inc. and the IPO Institute. Through his firms, he has gained extensive experience advising governments and corporations on equity and debt financing, real estate and sovereign loans. Mr. Deschenaux holds a Bachelor of Law, a Master in Economic Law and a Certificate of Transnational Law from the University of Geneva, and is a PhD candidate in law. He also holds a Certificate in Finance from Harvard Business School. |
