Matthew Davis is a Managing Director with Pickwick Capital Partners and runs Saratoga Global Ventures, an energy and infrastructure consulting firm. With over 25 years of relevant experience, including 12 years on Wall Street, Mr. Davis has helped numerous renewable energy and critical infrastructure companies and projects, raise capital and complete M&A transactions. He specializes in advising companies in the sustainable energy, energy infrastructure, and critical infrastructure sectors. Previously, Mr. Davis was the President of CapZone Infrastructure. Prior to CapZone, he was the COO and Head of Investment Banking at Capitol Peak Asset Management. He began his banking career at Moelis & Company and Morgan Stanley. Additionally, Mr. Davis was a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy and served for over 10 years. Mr. Davis earned a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering and Engineering Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from New York University – Stern School of Business. |
