Paul Rabinovitch

Paul Rabinovitch is a Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners. He has been refining his practice of real estate impact investing for 20 years and takes great pride in honoring and honing that craft.
Previously, Mr. Rabinovitch was President of an East Coast brownfields redevelopment company, as well as in a leadership position at an urban development firm that specialized in affordable housing, adaptive re-use, and historic restorations of urban infill property. He has developed and managed over a thousand apartments, as well as townhouses, mixed-use buildings, and urban retail. Mr. Rabinovitch is a licensed real estate salesperson, a licensed general securities representative (Series 7) and a former certified wildland firefighter. Mr. Rabinovitch earned an MA in urban planning and real estate finance from the University Of Pennsylvania. He is a FINRA-Registered Representative at Pickwick Capital Partners. |
