Peter is a Managing Director with Pickwick Capital Partners and the Founder of Signal Ridge Advisors, LLC. At Pickwick, Mr. Denious provides investment banking services to small and mid-sized companies in a wide range of industry sectors, leveraging 35 years of experience in banking, investment management, venture capital, and private equity. He has experience in the manufacturing, healthcare, and technology sectors, including renewable energy technologies.
Previously, Mr. Denious was a Partner at FLAG Capital Management, a private equity and venture capital investment firm, where he served on the investment and management committees for over 10 years of his 18-year tenure. Earlier in his career, Mr. Denious was the President and CEO of AdvanceCT and worked at J.H. Whitney, BancBoston Capital, Prudential Securities, and Chemical Bank. Mr. Denious earned a BA in Psychology from Trinity College and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. |
