Seth Horn is a Managing Director with Pickwick Capital Partners with over four decades of expertise in investment banking and as a financial executive for publicly held corporations. Mr. Horn has advised on and led numerous transactions globally, covering public and private capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring across multiple industries.
Previously, Mr. Horn was the Head of Energy, Power, and Infrastructure at Boustead & Co for 11 years and served with Global Hunter Securities. Earlier in his career, he spent over two decades serving as a Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller for several publicly traded companies within the energy, biotechnology, and technology sectors. He began his career in public accounting. Mr. Horn earned a BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and is a CPA (retired). |
