Susan Mitchell, Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners, leverages her corporate financing expertise in the metals and mining industry. As a 40-year veteran, Ms. Mitchell’s experience in project development and structured finance was built in precious, base and critical metals across the globe. She combines large-cap experience with active roles in junior miners, advising clients on debt, equity and other structures while navigating the nuanced risks of exploration, metallurgy and other development challenges.
Most recently, Ms. Mitchell has run her advisory business, S. Mitchell & Associates, LLC, since 2004, established the global Structured Finance Group for a major German bank and served as treasurer of a Fortune 400 company. She began her career in the corporate banking Mining Group at CIBC in Toronto, where she received training at one of the then world’s pre-eminent mining banks. Throughout her career, she has held various board and corporate finance advisory positions. Ms. Mitchell earned an MBA from Thunderbird (American Graduate School of International Management) and a BA (major in Economics) from McGill University in Canada. She holds FINRA Series 63, 79, and 82 licenses and is based in New York. |
