David Oles is a Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners, and the Principal of Hyde Street Capital, Ltd., an alternative debt investment platform specializing in opportunistic real estate transactions. With over 25 years of experience in commercial and investment banking, Mr. Oles is also Founder of Asher Consulting Group, Ltd., a business advisory firm with emphasis on real estate investment-banking, entertainment (film finance & distribution), energy (oil & gas, EOR, alternative), collateral lending (A/R factoring, P/O finance), and fine art.
Mr. Oles earned a BA in political science from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), an MBA in corporate finance from Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California (USC), and a MAT from Fuller Theological Seminary. |
