Felix Rivera is a Registered Representative with Pickwick Capital Partners. He is the CFO of the IceCap Group, a family office backed private mortgage lender in the residential real estate investment space, and President & Owner of Veracity Capital Advisors, a real estate advisory firm. Mr. Rivera has over thirty years of experience in real estate lending, risk management, asset management and capital markets.
Previously Mr. Rivera was co-founder & COO of Streamline Realty Funding, an origination service company specializing in commercial real estate bridge loans and Managing Director at Waypoint Direct Investments where he sourced LP equity investments for high-net-worth individuals. Prior to that, he spent 16 years at Deutsche Bank where he held various roles in CRE, including COO of Deutsche Banc Mortgage Capital, co-Head of CRE Global Risk Management, and Business Area Controller in the bank’s Real Estate Private Equity Group. Mr. Rivera received a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University. |
