Mark Grundman
Managing Director

Mark Grundman is a Managing Director with Pickwick Capital Partners. With over 15 years of investing and operational experience, Mr. Grundman specializes in M&A and capital raising transactions and has taken companies public. 

Prior to joining Pickwick, Mr. Grundman was Co-Sponsor of CHW Acquisition Corporation, serving as Co-CEO and Director. Previously, he established MJG Partners, LLC to focus on small business investment opportunities within the consumer and service industries. He was also President of VPG International, LLC, a framed art design and manufacturing company.  Mr. Grundman began his career at GAMCO Investors, Inc., working directly under Mario Gabelli focusing on special situations and risk arbitrage.

Mr. Grundman earned a BA from Brandeis University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
