Mark Mitchell is a Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners. He brings over 15 years of investment banking and capital raising experience in both private and public companies, and has particular expertise in sourcing high-growth energy, cleantech, and battery supply chain companies, as well as the institutions and investors to fund these companies.
Most recently he was a Managing Director at Matrix Private Capital Group, a single family-office and Registered Investment Advisory firm in NYC. His responsibilities at Matrix included co-directing investor relations and capital markets for NYSE-listed miner, Nouveau Monde Graphite, a leading developer of advanced graphite materials for lithium ion batteries. Previously, Mr. Mitchell spent several years at Bank of America, where his duties included credit analysis, loan processing, and customer servicing for the Paycheck Protection Program, sourcing clients for the investment bank division, and financial advisor to HNW clients. Mr. Mitchell has also held prior positions at merchant banks and advisory firms focusing on cross-border M&A and technology transfer with China, project finance and trade finance. He began his career at the Hearst Corporation as an analyst. Mr. Mitchell received his BA from Rice University in Managerial Studies with a specialization in economics, statistics and accounting. He is a FINRA-Registered Representative at Pickwick. |
