Pamela Fitton is a Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners and a Principal at Pellecchia International, which advises businesses on financial strategy, structure, capital markets, policy, sustainability and partnerships. She is an attorney and CPA and uses her 30 years of investment banking and structured finance experience to assist companies and owners in identifying and analyzing domestic and international business and financial issues, as well as develop successful innovative solutions.
Previously, Ms. Fitton spent 15 years at BNP Paribas, where she was a Managing Director in Corporate Banking, as well as a Managing Director on the Fixed Income Structured Capital Markets trading desk. Throughout her time at BNPP, she structured, negotiated and effectuated complex global strategies, financing techniques and bespoke creative solutions for numerous clients, including financial institutions, investment grade and non-investment grade clients. Ms. Fitton built strong relationships with all of her clients, consistently resulting in increased revenue-generating transactions. Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Ms. Fitton spent 15 years at Credit Suisse in the Tax Department, developing and implementing new businesses, advising on acquisitions, divestitures and real estate transactions and structuring various fixed income and equity products. She started her career in the Tax Department at Arthur Andersen, where she focused primarily on financial institutions, M&A and bankruptcy. Ms. Fitton has a BS degree in Accounting from St. John’s University and earned a JD from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. |
