(New York, N.Y., June 15, 2016)
Total Recall, which helps protect iconic locations and critical infrastructure for local, federal and corporate clients, has been purchased by Convergint Technologies. The Secure Strategy Group (SSG), through Pickwick Capital Partners (Pickwick), served as the exclusive sell-side M&A advisor.
“Secure Strategy Group searched the world to find us the best strategic partner – one that not only best met the needs of our company’s owners but also made us an even more valuable technology provider to our clients,” said Mr. Jordan Heilweil, co-founder of Total Recall.
“Our deep network in the security industry helped us attract strong interest from the market, allowing Total Recall’s owners to achieve their desired results,” said Scott Greiper, president of Secure Strategy Group. “Global M&A demand for exceptional video surveillance and other physical security providers continues to grow among strategic and private equity acquirers and minority investors,” added Greiper, a well-known banker/analyst for security technology companies.
