Richard Pleffner is a Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners, where he is involved in capital raises and structured /leveraged finance for clients in the medical, fine art and alternative energy sectors. He is also founder of Chatham Associates, LLC, a firm dedicated to investment products focused telecom and the energy markets. Prior to joining Pickwick, Mr. Pleffner was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for M&A, capital raise, and structured finance deals in Energy and Fine Art. He was also Partner at Edmonds, Canning & Associates from 2008 to 2013. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pleffner was the President of Universal Trade Consultants and Managing Director of Hofer Corporation, where he oversaw the US operations of an Austrian-based trading company. He has worked extensively with innovative med-tech, traditional and alternative energy companies in the US, Europe, Asia and South America.
Mr. Pleffner earned a BA in education from Manhattan College. |
