Dr. Vinci has over 30 years of strategy, transaction advisory, capital raising, M&A, and private equity investing experience. His focus encompasses the Private Markets and Various Industries, including the Life Sciences and Consumer & Industrial sectors. Formerly he served as Vice President - Investment Management, Corporate Officer and Member of the Investment Committee for Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company, sourcing, underwriting and managing mortgage, real estate and private equity investment opportunities nationally. Previously, Dr. Vinci was a Senior Managing Director, First National Bank of Omaha, responsible for execution of investment banking transactions across the Bank’s geographic footprint including, financial advisory, growth capital and M&A to middle market companies, private equity firms and family owned businesses. Prior to this, he was SVP & Private Equity Division Head for Daiwa SMBC, the U.S. subsidiary of Daiwa Securities Group and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation at the North American Headquarters on Wall Street. Additionally, Dr. Vinci was Vice President of Finance at a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary and an investment banking Vice President at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown.
Dr. Vinci earned an Ed.D in the Interdisciplinary Leadership Doctoral Program at Creighton University, an MBA from McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University, an MsC from the Centre for Financial & Management Studies, University of London, and a BS from University of Michigan. He has been a FINRA-registered representative with Pickwick Capital Partners since 2013 and holds the Series 7, 22, 62, 63 and 24 General Securities Principal licenses. He also serves as a Professor at the University of Arizona Global Campus teaching MBA courses in Investment Management, Leadership and Organizational Management and holds the Certified Mortgage Banker and Chartered Realty Investor Designations of the Mortgage Banker's Association, and is a Certified Review Appraiser. |
