Roshan Kansagra

Roshan Kansagra is a Registered Representative with Pickwick Capital Partners with a focus on power and renewable energy. With a career spanning over 15 years across project financing, commodities hedging and M&A, Mr. Kansagra has advised on over $15 billion of transactions in the power and renewable energy space including corporate capital raises, greenfield financings, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Mr. Kansagra began his career in the Project Finance Group at BNP Paribas as an intern in 2001. He then joined Barclays Capital in 2007, initially a member of the Energy Structured Finance Group, then a member of the Commodities Corporate Structuring Desk, and finally a member of the Leveraged Finance Group. Most recently, Mr. Kansagra spent four years with BNP Paribas in its M&A group, where he advised on several transactions in wind, solar, and biomass power generation as well as conventional gas-fired power generation. Mr. Kansagra earned a dual BS in Finance and Accounting from the New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. |
