Sameer Pal is a Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners and helps lead Vicksburg Capital Partners. Mr. Pal has over 15 years of M&A experience across $1.5BN+ in deal volume with a primary focus working with software and technology-enabled companies.
 
Previously, Mr. Pal served as lead M&A banker for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey’s (n/k/a Truist) financial technology practice; senior banker at Berkery Noyes & Co.; and co-lead of the merchant banking practice at Avondale Strategic Partners, making principal investments in middle market companies and executing a wide range of sell-side, buy-side, divestiture, and capital raising transactions.
 
Mr. Pal earned a BS with High Distinction in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from NYU’s Leonard Stern School of Business. He is a FINRA-registered representative with Pickwick Capital Partners. ​
