Sandler Passman is a Registered Representative with Pickwick Capital and a Partner for John B. Levy & Company, Inc. With over 15 years of investment banking experience, 11 of which have been solely focused on Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Passman has extensive experience structuring capital stacks on both the equity and debt sides. He specializes in arranging bespoke capital structures to meet the business plans of his clients across the breath of the commercial real estate sector, including multi-family, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality.
Previously, Mr. Passman was CEO of SilverStaff, Inc., a multi-state, integrative healthcare company focused on underserved and rural communities. Prior to launching SilverStaff, he was co-founder of Landmark Capital, LLC, a hedge fund arranging insurance-backed capital structures. Earlier in his career, Mr. Passman was a Director at InsCap, LLC, a boutique investment bank specializing in insurance securitizations. He also spent five years on Capitol Hill working for three different Members of Congress. Mr. Passman earned a BA from Colby College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. |
